Why should I think about my feet and shoes?

- Different activities and sports have different demands
- Everbody has different feet, left and right
- Everyone has different foot problems or incorrect body and foot axis
- Our feet carry us our whole life!
- There are very few people that have healthy feet!
- Every company produces symetric products.
- No person is made symetric
- The cheapest product in every shoe is the original sole!
- There is not much money invest here! – The original sole has no real function!
- The company at the time of production, does not really know what type of foot will fit in what type of shoe!
- The shoe industry is mostly at fault for our foot problems
- We are so concentrated on fashion, mode, price, and looks…we forget what is good, or fits our feet!
- Barefoot walking and running is healthy…..BUT….only when we have the proper technique and surface to move on!!!

- The foot contains 26 bones, 33 joints, 107 ligaments and 19 muscles.
- 1/4 of all the bones in the human body are down in your feet. When thesebones are out of alignment, so is the rest of the body.
